The old way was built for filing cabinets. The new way is built to convince.

Treatment plans used to look like spreadsheets with codes and totals. Patients saw invoices and compared prices. Plandentic plans are interactive, informative proposals that bring clarity to every option. Patients see your expertise and trust your recommendation.

Built for the whole team

Who is Plandentic for?
The team around the plan, in a clinic your size.

Plandentic is where a treatment plan is made and followed to the patient's yes. The dentist and the treatment coordinator work in it all day, the rest of the team opens it for their part, and billing, the lab and outside partners never do. Which of these roles are jobs and which are hats depends on the size of the clinic. Pick yours.

Your clinic

One dentist, one to four staff. The owner is the dentist, the presenter and the pricer. The assistant is the universal second person and often also the front desk.

Two to five dentists, five to fifteen staff. The first structural change is a manager who is not a dentist. The coordinator is still a hat, usually on the manager or a senior assistant.

Five to fifteen clinicians, up to fifty staff. Roles specialise: dedicated treatment coordinators, a front office lead, billing as its own desk, a clinical lead per department.

Multi-site groups run two ladders: an operations line and a clinical line. Each site keeps the small-clinic shape under a practice manager.

The business case

Stop leaving revenue on the treatment table.

How much revenue walks out of your clinic in unsent, unfollowed, or poorly presented treatment plans? The gap is not clinical skill - it's how the plan is presented, followed up, and managed.
