Example plans

What patients see when you press send.

Every example on this page is a real plan from the app: the cover a patient opens, the pages that explain the finding and the price, the phone where they accept or decline. The samples are in English. A plan goes out in any of 13 languages.

Plan cover for Dental Nova Clinic: the reception photo with a rounded cut-out, a teal greeting pill 'Hi Marko, this is your plan' and the headline 'Your smile, planned together'.
Plan cover for Dental Nova Clinic: a photo of the reception under a teal arc, the headline 'Your new smile starts here' and the line 'A treatment plan for Lucas Berger'.
Plan cover for Dental Nova Clinic in a serif style: the reception photo fading to white above the headline 'A plan to take at your own pace'.
Inside the plan

Explained before it is priced.

A plan does not open on a price list. The finding comes first, in plain language and with a picture. Then the treatment and what it does for the patient. Only then the phases, each with its own total. The explanations come from a library of 63 topics per language, matched to the plan by rules, and your clinic can edit every one of them.

Educational topic card titled 'Caries': an illustration of molars with two numbered labels, the cavity where decay has broken through the enamel and the healthy enamel on the neighbouring tooth, above a short text on how decay develops.
The finding, explained An educational topic with a labelled illustration: what was found, and what healthy looks like next to it.
Treatment card titled 'Sports mouth guard': a photo of a mouth guard beside three short columns on protection during activity, comfort and prevention.
The treatment, in plain words What it is, what it protects, why it matters, with a photo.
Phased pricing: Phase 1 with four treatments at 470 euros, Phase 2 with two treatments at 280 euros, ending in 'Treatment Complete'.
The price, in phases Each phase lists its treatments and its total, so the order of care and its cost are read together.
The patient's side

Sent as a link. Read like a letter.

The patient gets a secure link and opens the plan in the browser on their phone. No app, no attachment. Under the cover, the team introduces itself with a note from the dentist. At the end the patient accepts or declines with one tap, and the clinic sees it the moment it happens.

How plans travel between languages
A plan on a phone in the Professional Blue style: the Dental Nova Clinic reception photo above a blue block reading 'Treatment plan', then a section titled 'The people behind your plan' with a personal note from the dentist.
Your brand, built in

Your clinic on the cover.

Choose one of 17 cover skins or Professional Blue, add your logo and a photo of your clinic, and the skin takes its colour from your logo. New clinics start on Smileline. And when paper still matters, the same plan exports as a PDF: one source, every format.

Plan cover for Dental Studio Melos reading 'A brighter smile is on its way', treatment plan for Marko Delos, with a dark green wave framing a photo of a treatment room.
Swell, in the clinic's colour Dental Studio Melos: the skin recoloured from the clinic's logo, the clinic's own photo in the wave.
The Smileline cover for Dental Nova Clinic as an exported PDF page, with square corners.
The same cover, as a PDF The Smileline cover from the top of this page, exported for the patient who wants paper, or for the file.
In development

The same plan, in the chair.

We are building a presenter mode for the chairside conversation: the plan opens full screen on the clinic's tablet, tooth by tooth, with the price kept out of the room until the patient takes the plan home. It is not in clinics yet. When it ships, it will be here.

Your next plan could win the yes.
